Unused units shown to have factory faults will be replaced. The spring that retracts the webbing is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase (evidence required), under ‘reasonable’ use (an example of unreasonable use would be any attempt to open the encased spring box. Any over-extension of the webbing past the ‘stopper’ which can cause the spring to snap or any physical force applied directly to the retracting spring casing).
Warranty applies to unused webbing only. It is the users responsibility to ensure the webbing is protected against friction, abrasion and damage from loads with sharp edges.
If the product is deemed to be faulty any costs associated with the claim will be borne by your local distributor/manufacturer. Please ensure any applicable receipts and/or other related documents are forwarded with the claim to your local distributor.
The benefits of this warranty given to the consumer are in addition to any other rights and remedies of the consumer under any local law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates. The goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
USA and Canada
Warranty in US & Canada is 90 days and covers manufacturing defects in the hardware. Webbing is not covered by warranty.
