Returns
We inspect all our products carefully prior to shipping. However, if you'd for some reason like to return a purchased item our return policy is 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our sales can make agreements regarding special return terms but these must be clearly stated on the receipt. Sale items are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item in the same condition you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or items returned more than 30 days after delivery are subject to partial refunds, if at all.

We require a proof of purchase. You are responsible for retaining the purchase receipts and any shipping receipts in case of returns. Please contact our customer service: support@quickloader.com before mailing any returns.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@quickloader.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@quickloader.com and you will receive information on the next steps.

Shipping
Please contact our customer service: support@quickloader.com before shipping any returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please keep the receipt you get when you send back the products at your local postal office or other carrier service. After you have sent the products back to us please present us the receipt for the return. You can send it by email at support@quickloader.com with your name and other order information.
